I've been wanting to make a cloth pennant/banner for quite a while. This is one from Sweet Jessie's Shop on Etsy.com. I'm going to start with a paper pennant first in a fall theme for a craft swap I'm participating in.
I also want to whip up some of the boxes I mentioned in this post for some of the new teachers at my school.

Hey charlotte! Saki Here :D I plan to be working on plushies called "Emotional Creatures" (temporary name. >.<) And also lolita skirts, and corsets hopfully. :) I also want to try and create rings. (I plan on selling all of the things i make to raise money for japan D:)

ReplyDeleteI had a couple ideas of what I wanted to do. The first was to make a giant collage of just watever I wanted...mostly with magazine clippings or things I draw up.(I would bring in my own sharpies but I need magazines and poster board) Second, I would really like to work on the design of my 12th grade DP, but I dont know if you wanted us to do just physical crafts or what. I could do both too, that would be great!

I am going to start by making a plushie lap top so hopefully that will turn out super cute and and then i am going to work on aprons with rachael. I will be bringing in my sewing machine and fabric i would appriciate haveing fleece to stuff the lap top :D

I will be constructing a wooden replica sword of these three pieces, 1. Blade and handle, 2. Crossguard, 3. Pommel. If I have the time, I will also sew a sheath.

1. wood, 1. silver spray paint, 1. lacquer, a half inch thick dowel, 1. a heat gun, 1. wood glue, a carving implement (a knife), a saw (wheel or jig).
i have been thinging abount making a masamune, a 6-foot long japanese war sword, but i don't see how i would make it.even though the design is really simple. so i decided to try making paper cranes instead. i'll make the masamune maybe on my free time.

This is Nikita invading Lynn's post. I am currently sketching out the drawn blueprints for a plushie that I would like to create. (here is a picture I drew of her in Paint... it's kind of sketchy because of that! http://shard-sama.deviantart.com/art/The-Weirdo-Doll-Says-132930578) Hopefully I'll be able to get my grubby little mits on some bigger paper than just my little sketchbook and be able to draw some life-sized blueprints so I can just trace over onto fabric when I get my hands on it. Lynn will be willing to help me out as long as I help her out with her cosplay!
